Even though we love the holiday season, it can also be stressful. Tons of parties, going out to buy all the presents on time (in a busy crowd), getting all your work done before you log off for the year, and with all that celebrating, it's easy to forget about your routine. Which is totally normal and totally fine. However, here are 5 meditations that you can reach for in your toolbox, when you are feeling a little overwhelmed and want to tune in with yourself.

  1. Meditation for Peace

In this 10-minute meditation you will find peace in your mind, body & soul. Set yourself up for a peaceful day, or wind down after a stressful day.

2. Meditation to Calm Down

During these 10 minutes, coach Alice will help you to calm down. Calm down mentally and physically. Get grounded and drop into the moment, letting go of whatever might be overwhelming you. Good for any time of the day or evening.

3. EFT Tapping Meditation for Anxiety

Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It’s also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure.

Though still being researched, EFT tapping has been used to treat people with anxiety and people with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Using EFT tapping, we work through our anxiety and relieve it together during this 12 minute meditation.

4. In the Moment Meditation

This 10 minute meditation is perfect for any time of the day, whether it's after you wake up, during a break or before bed. Tune in, and be...in the moment.

5. Smiling Meditation

Take some time for yourself and turn that frown upside down during this gentle 10 minute smiling meditation.

Happy Holidays!

See you in class,
