Meet your new coach: Florian
Florian is a physiotherapist, personal trainer and group class instructor. We asked him some questions so you can get to know him better.
Why did you start teaching?
I started teaching when I was 16. At that time, our group class instructor quit and the club urgently needed a replacement or the classes couldn't continue. My fellow participants asked me to jump on stage to try and teach a combat class. And that's where it all started for me. Today I'm 25 and I'm still teaching group classes with even more passion.
What's your number 1 workout tip?
Try to find excitement and joy in your workout and every workout will become exciting and fulfilling.
Which type of classes do you enjoy teaching most?
I really enjoy teaching core and HIIT workouts. Both are different in a lot of ways, but I love the amount of focus and energy that goes into the classes. However, my favorite of all classes are definitely boxing classes. For me there is no workout more exciting than kicking and punching your lungs out on some amazing beats.
